He slumped lower on the couch and widened his legs as far as he could. “I’ll take the rear approach this time.”
She laughed as she leaned back, repositioning her body so that his cock was primed and ready to enter her dark hole. Wiggling her fingers, she called to Shane to join them. Shane did so eagerly.
She giggled, then opened herself to him. Jason would’ve loved to see her face in that exact moment, but from his position behind her, the best he could do was to hear their mutual sighs. Beating his brother to it, he reached around and cupped her breast. Shane’s growl told him he wasn’t a good loser.
He and his brothers had shared women before but had never been truly comfortable with it. Even touching leg to leg had been unnerving. But with Winnie, with all of them aching to have her, they overlooked the awkwardness. As long as their “swords” didn’t cross, they were all right.
He felt Shane plunge into Winnie’s wonderful pussy. Felt her back rub against his chest. Closing his eyes, he concentrated on his cock pushing back and forth, fighting against her ringed muscles.
She was their fantasy. Their woman. Their mate. And he would never take her for granted.
The couch took a dip, and Jason opened his eyes to find Danny joining them, standing on the cushions to offer her his cock. She took him in slowly, deliberately and Jason watched with fascination. He’d never been much for watching porn, but seeing their mate pleasure his brother turned him on.
“That’s it, sugar. Suck on it hard. Use your teeth, too.”
Danny narrowed his eyes but didn’t take his cock away from her. “Just watch the teeth, doll. You wouldn’t want to damage precious jewels.”
Jason smirked, but the friction caused by his continual thrusts inside her ass soon took his focus away. He fondled her breasts, pinching and twisting her nipples as he intensified his hard slams. She bounced up and down, her curly hair dancing across her shoulders, rubbing her tits against his hands.
She was their treasure, their lives, and they would do anything to keep her safe. He, like his brothers, was ready to claim her, change her, and impregnate her. But the time would be up to her. They were the kings of the animal kingdom, but she was their queen. As such, they would often bend their will to make her happy.
The three of them moved well together and would, no doubt, move together even better once more time had passed. She was quickly learning how to please them, and they her. Memories of past lovemaking rushed back to him, adding an extra layer to the sex. His body grew tighter and tighter as his climax built higher and higher.
As much as he’d hoped to last longer, the multiple times they’d had sex had worn him out. Even a werelion had his limits.
His roar burst out of him in the same moment that he turned his cum free. He hoped that Shane’s cry heralding his climax would be the banner call of her impending pregnancy. As mates, it didn’t matter which one’s seed did the deed. Her children would be all of their children.
She whimpered—a sound that never failed to arouse him—and then stiffened, warning of her explosion. When it hit her, she struggled to keep Danny’s cock in her mouth.
Danny rolled off the back of the couch as his orgasm hit him. He fell backward, bringing laughter to all of them. When Danny popped back up, his forearms on the back of the couch and grinning, their fits of laughter began again.
Jason pulled her back to the couch and covered her with her blanket. Soon enough, he’d lead them all into the huge shower where they would bathe and clean her then strive to do their best to get her back into bed.
Life is good. Damn good.
* * * *
Winnie wasn’t sure what she was going to do. Her men had warned her often enough not to tell Bree the truth about them. But Bree was her best friend. Plus, they’d come to the Shifter Days Festival to find shifters and to prove that Bree was telling the truth.
But I can’t go against my guys. Can I?
It took a moment for her eyes to adjust to the dim lighting of the Whiskers and Whiskey Saloon. Although the festival was winding down, the place was as jam-packed as the first day she and Bree had come into town.
But there was a big difference now. When they’d arrived, she hadn’t fully believed that shifters existed. Now she knew. And as soon as she could convince Jason, she’d become one of them.
“Hey, you.” Bree surprised her, coming up from the side and pulling Winnie into a bear hug. “Damn, I’ve missed you.”
“I’ve missed you, too. Hell, I don’t think we spent more than a few hours together since we came into town.” Guilt hit Winnie, but she pushed it away. Bree deserved part of the guilt for not getting together. They’d both hooked up with men, and both of them had fallen into the age-old trap of ignoring a friend to concentrate on a man. Or, in this case, on men.
“So true. But let’s remedy that right now.” Bree led the way to a table. A large pitcher of beer and two mugs waited for them. “I’m already two drinks ahead of you.”
“Just like you usually are,” quipped Winnie as she slid into a chair. She took a quick sip, but her nerves were jangling so much that she doubted she could swallow much more.
Bree looked terrific. Her eyes sparkled, and she seemed to have a glow about her.
“You’re not pregnant, are you?” asked Winnie, only half kidding.
“What?” Bree jerked back, surprised. “Of course not.”
Winnie shook her head, still slightly relieved. “Just kidding. But you look really good. Glowing even.”
Bree took a long sip of her drink. “Better than when you saw me yesterday?”
“I didn’t get a good look, considering I saw you for less than a minute.” She and Bree had accidentally run into each other while walking down the street with their respective men. They’d waved at each other then texted, making plans to meet today.
“Good point. And you look really good, too.”
Winnie couldn’t hold back any longer. The men had told her not to tell Bree that they were shifters, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t tell her anything else. “Bree?”
“Yeah?” Bree slanted her eyes. “What’s going on? You want to tell me something, don’t you?”
I do. But I can’t.
Instead, she told her friend the other exciting news. “I’m in love.”
Bree’s mouth dropped open, but she closed it fast enough. She sat back with a knowing look. “With the Landerson men.”
“Well, duh. Who else?”
“Just making sure.” Bree reached across the table and placed her hand on top of Winnie’s. “I knew it. I only caught a glimpse of you yesterday, but I knew what I saw on your face was love. Oh, Winnie, I’m so happy for you.”
“Me, too.” She tried not to grin too broadly. “And what about you? From what I saw, you weren’t in any pain, either.”
Bree’s laugh drew the attention of two men standing nearby, but Winnie knew Bree no longer had any interest in any other men.
Bree fingered the rim of her mug then met Winnie’s gaze. “I’m in love, too.”
Going against her normal inclination, Winnie let out a squeal and jumped to her feet. Bree met her. They hugged, squealing with joy. Winnie pulled back, noticed the attention they were drawing, and went back to her chair.
“I never thought we’d be those kinds of girls. You know. The ones who squeal and hug in public.”
“Me, either. But then again, we have reason to squeal, don’t we?”
“We sure do. So does that mean you’re staying in Lonesome?” She hoped Bree would have the answer she wanted to hear.
“It sure does. What about you?”
Winnie resisted the urge to squeal and hug her friend again. “Yeah. I am. I’m going to go back home and pack up as soon as I can. If my men let me off the ranch long enough to do it.” She laughed. “They’re kind of possessive.”
“So are my guys,” added Bree. “But in a good way.”
“Yeah. A very good way.”
Winnie gre
w silent as the urge to tell Bree the truth about her men grew stronger. Bree deserved to know, but she’d promised her men she wouldn’t tell. Surely, now that Bree was moving to Lonesome to be with her men, they’d tell her about themselves. If they didn’t, she’d have to tell her friend, no matter what. It was only right that Bree knew what she would be getting into.
“So? Is there anything else going on?”
Bree attempted to sound nonchalant, but Winnie heard the excitement in her tone. Once again, she forced down the need to tell her. “No. After all, what could be bigger news than that?”
Bree worried her lower lip. “Well, we came to Lonesome for one reason, remember?”
“I remember.” What would she say if Bree asked her straight out? Lie?
“Well? So have you—”
“Hey, girls, it’s good to see you.” Carol seemed to appear out of nowhere, breaking through the crowd.
Winnie let out a pent-up breath. “Hi, Carol. It’s good to see you, too.”
“Hey, Carol.” Bree patted the empty chair at the table. “Can you take a break?”
Carol slipped onto the chair. “I can for a minute or so.” She looked expectantly to Winnie. “So? Did you hear the good news? It looks like I’m getting a sis-in-law.”
Winnie relaxed, sure that the conversation had moved back to safer ground. “You bet I did. And I’m thrilled.”
“And I hear that you’re going to be joining the pride, too, right?”
Winnie felt the flush rush through her. “I’m sorry?” Had Bree noticed the word Carol had used?
It was obvious from Carol’s smug look that she hadn’t made a mistake. “You heard what I said.” She leaned forward and lowered her voice so the festivalgoers near them wouldn’t overhear her. “You’re both in love with werelions, and you’ve both taken in The Allure. I have no doubt that you’ll want to be changed, too. So why hide it?” She waved off any attempt to stop her. “Yeah, yeah. I know they told you two to keep mum, but that’s ridiculous. You’re best friends, and best friends shouldn’t keep secrets.”
Winnie met Bree’s gaze, and a silent agreement passed between them. Her friend knew and Carol was right. Why hide what they both knew?
“Anyway, now that I’ve let the cat out of the bag, I’d better get back to schlepping drinks.” Carol stood and gave them a wink. “You girls be good, okay?” She whirled around and pushed through the crowd.
Winnie’s excitement couldn’t be contained. She got back to her feet along with Bree. “If this doesn’t deserve a squeal and a hug, then I don’t know what does.”
“Damn straight,” said Bree. Then she let out a squeal that matched Winnie’s and came in for another hug.
Tears filled Winnie’s eyes as she drew back and studied her friend. “We’re in love and moving to Lonesome. I don’t know about you, but I’m beyond happy that we both found love.”
Bree wiped away a tear. “Me, too.” She checked around her then whispered, “Lion love.”
“Yeah. Lion love.”
