Arizona’s black hair bounced around her shoulders. Her brown eyes, clouded with lust, gazed down at him. Her luscious curves were a perfect size for his hands, her silky skin amazing to touch. Each thrust he made, his cock driving farther inside her pussy, sent her body rocking. She answered his sexual call by rotating her hips.
“You’re so tight, so wet.” He rammed into her again, his hands squeezing her breasts. Her hard nipples felt delicious against his callused palms. “Talk to me, babe.”
Her lips curved upward at the corners. “Talk? Now?”
“Yeah. Tell me how it feels.”
She flicked her tongue along her upper lip. “It feels wonderful. You’re so long, so thick. Like a steel rod driving into me.” She sucked in a hard breath and arched her back. “Ooh, you’re a devil. You know what you’re doing. Skimming over just the right spot then sliding away. Please, Will, fuck me harder. Make me scream.”
“Take it easy, babe. I don’t want to come too soon.”
Flattening her palms on his chest, she pushed her arms together, plumping her already generous breasts. “But I need you. Oh, yeah, that’s it. Harder.”
Her moans drove him crazy. If ever a goddess had come to life, she was it. Grabbing her by the arms, he rolled her onto her back.
She let out a cute little yelp then locked her fingers behind his neck. Before she could speak, he wrapped her legs around his waist then plunged his cock back inside her pussy. Her eyes widened and her mouth parted in a silent “oh.”
He rode her as he’d dreamed of riding her from the first moment he’d seen her. Harder, faster, he worked his hips, his panted breaths accenting the quiet of his bedroom. Their bodies fit together as though made for each other. She was their mate, but he couldn’t help but rejoice in being the first one to have her.
“Will.”
Her saying his name was like music to his ears. More, his name from her lips was a stimulus that took away any chance he had to hold back.
“Come for me.” He groaned, fighting to hang on. She had to come first.
She thrust her hips upward then stiffened. He saw the wave of her release riding through her, like a wild filly running across the pasture. Ecstasy filled her face as her gaze met his. She cried out, gripped his arms, and turned herself free.
“God.” One last time, he shoved his cock inside her sweet cave and gave up the fight. His climax ripped through him, shuddering his body.
“Holy shit.” Will sat up in bed, his hand wrapped around his cock. He’d had wet dreams before, but none like the one he’d just had starring Arizona.
How long before he could make the dream come true? Would he take her first or share her with Devin and Collin?
Using the sheet to clean off, he flung it off then rolled out of bed. “Soon, Arizona. Soon.”

Collin felt like a damn teenager, but what else could he do? He had to get some relief or he’d go crazy. Checking outside one more time, he eased back from the rear door of the barn, leaned against the wall for support, and closed his eyes.
Arizona.
Arizona.
Arizona.
She was their amazing, sexy mate. He could see her in his mind’s eye, a clear enough image that his wolf had started to howl, thinking she was near.
It didn’t take long for his cock start to grow.
The woman was sex on two legs. Long, shapely legs that looked like they could stretch to Texas and back. Her hair, so silky and soft, made his palms itch. Her breasts, pretty and plump, tantalized him. Her curves had his mouth watering and soon his thoughts ran to the sweet place between her legs.
He pumped his cock, stroking it, stroking it as it grew harder and thicker. If only she were at his feet, giving him what he needed.
He moaned as his imagination turned his fantasy into reality.
“Yeah, baby, that’s it. Suck harder. Use your tongue. Oh, shit, yeah.”
Her soft brown eyes gazed up at him. Who would’ve ever thought he could get so fucking hot from only a pair of eyes? And yet, Arizona’s eyes alone almost made him come.
She was an expert with her tongue and added just the right amount of teeth to it. Her soft hands cupped his balls, playing them back and forth across her fingers. He clutched her hair and kept her mouth to his cock.
Before long, she had him tensing up. His explosion would come hard, spilling out his seed. Her hands gripping his thighs kept him to her as though he had any intention of stopping her.
But sometimes a man can only hold on for so long. With a groan, he pulled away from his fantasy Arizona and hurriedly reached for a nearby towel.
He opened his eyes to find Will staring at him with a bemused smile. Will’s eyebrow arched skyward. “Whatcha doing, brother?”
Shit.
Collin spun toward the wall and zipped up as fast as he could. “Fuck off.”
“You mean like you just did?” Will laughed and walked off.
Damn it.
Yet he couldn’t regret masturbating too much. Not when he’d been able to spend time with Arizona. Even if she was a fantasy version of the real woman.

Devin propped his arm behind his head. When would they get to see Arizona? His body ached to have hers near him. More to the point, and somewhat of a surprise to him, his heart ached to see her more.
He closed his eyes, intent on taking a nap. It didn’t take long to fall asleep. Suddenly, he was with her.
Both naked, they lay in the back of his pickup, the sun beating down to warm their already hot bodies.
“Fuck me, Devin. Hard.”
He obliged her, ramming his cock deep into her pussy. She was blissfully tight, sinfully sweet. His hand couldn’t get enough of her, sliding over her long leg, over the slight rise of her stomach, then over the swell of her breast. Her legs wrapped around his waist tightened. Her pussy, as though competing with her legs, tightened, too.
Riding her was everything he’d ever dreamed of. True, he’d share her with his brothers. She was, after all, their mate. But taking her alone would happen, too. Just like now, he’d find her and spirit her away to wherever he could find.
Slamming into her, he let his animal come out. Fangs pinched his lips. Claws dug into her skin, but she didn’t mind. His amber-filled gaze studied the curve of her soft neck.
She saw and urged him on. “Bite me. Change me.”
As much as he wanted to do so, he couldn’t without his brothers. “In time. With Will and Collin.”
“No. Now.”
“I can’t.” He rammed his cock into her again, his hips in motion.
“Now.”
“Not without them.”
“Look at me.”
He obeyed and opened his eyes. By the time his mind comprehended what had happened, she’d already sunk her fangs into his neck. His seed shot out of him, his body convulsing.
Devin jerked out of the light sleep to find his hand on his cock and his brother Will standing in the doorway. “What the fuck, man? What the hell do you think you’re doing?”
“I could say the same thing especially since I just caught Collin jerking off in the barn. Can I help it if you two sound like you’re dying when you lose your wad?” Will chuckled and strode toward the kitchen.
“Fuck you,” shouted Devin as he scrambled to get cleaned up.
“Don’t get your tail in a knot. You two aren’t the only ones fantasizing about her.”

“Good thing you move fast, Devin.”
“We talked about this last night. Enough already.” But at least Will hadn’t brought up catching him in the act.
Devin growled at Will as he skimmed his fingers along his shoulder. A scar had already replaced the slice of skin the bullet had taken. Thanks to the dark shirt he’d worn, he doubted Arizona had noticed. If she’d been a better shot—or he’d been a little slower—he might be lying six feet under. Werewolves were hard to kill, but they weren’t immortal. A gu
nshot to the head could’ve put him down for good. Knowing that damn werecat Duke Bruker, the gun had no doubt had silver bullets in its clip.
His gaze skimmed over the herd of cattle. So far, the year had been a good one with cattle prices on the rise. It had become an even better year once Arizona had come to town. She was the only thing missing from their lives. They were content as ranchers, loving their lives on their Rising Moon Ranch, but contentment wasn’t enough. They wanted more in their lives. They wanted their mate.
Collin, however, didn’t heed Devin’s warning. Instead, he leaned forward in the saddle, no doubt easing his sore muscles. “Yeah, she could’ve ended you for good.”
Devin’s own muscles were aching. After spending all day in the saddle, he could’ve expected as much. It didn’t help that they kept talking about his close call. He shot his brothers a stern look. “But she didn’t, and I don’t intend for her to know she grazed me.”
“Not that it matters if we tell her. She’s going to find out soon enough. At least, I hope she does.” Collin pushed his cowboy hat back and wiped his sweaty brow. “Once we tell her what we are, you can tell her how close she came to having two mates instead of three.”
“That’s a while in the coming. We don’t want to rush into things.” Devin knew what he’d said would rile the other two men. Truth was he enjoyed baiting them.
“Fuck. We agreed that it’s time. Hell, the Lennox brothers are making their move on Stella, so why not us?”
“Collin’s right. Besides, why leave her out when her friend Krystal is going to be claimed soon, too?”
Devin had no intention of rehashing all they’d talked about again. They’d had the same discussion almost daily since they’d first lain eyes on Arizona. She’d come straight up to them and asked them about working for her in her soon-to-be construction firm. Although he’d admired her spunk and ingenuity, the idea of a woman running a construction firm still brought a smile to his face. Still, he had to admit that if any woman could pull it off, it was Arizona Rich.
“She’s got everything we want in a mate. Spunk, ambition, and smarts.” Collin repositioned his hat again, bringing it lower to shade his eyes.
“Yeah, right.” Will’s laugh caused his horse to fidget. “Like that’s what drew you to her in the first place.” He pointed to his head. “Her mind.”
“Never said her being hot wasn’t a part of it.” Collin pulled the reins back, urging his mount to ease out from between the other two. “But pretty fades. Stupid stays. I’m just as glad she’s got a head on her shoulders.”
“Damn straight,” agreed Devin. Arizona was perfect for them. He’d immediately felt drawn to her. Maybe it was the invisible, almost mystical connection other werewolves claimed they had with their intended mate or maybe it was plain old sexual attraction. As far as he was concerned, it didn’t matter. She was their mate, no matter what the reason.
“How about we do this the old-fashioned way?”
Long ago, their pack had taken their mates by force, not giving the woman any say in their mating. But that was the old way and frowned on now. “We’re not going to claim her, change her, and then tell her about us.”
“Sounds like an easier way to go about it.” Will’s dark eyes brightened with flecks of amber. “Sure beats having to tell her first and hope she takes the news the right way. We could end up with either a runner or a crazy woman.”
Will was only half-joking. There was no way to know how a woman would take the revelation that the men who wanted her to spend her life with them were werewolves. Some got over the initial shock and even became werewolves. Others, however, were scared out of their wits and either took off or, worse, lost their minds.
“We’ll be lucky if you don’t drive her insane with your ugly mug.” Collin clucked, urging his horse into a trot.
“Fuck you, man.” Will laughed and spurred his horse into a trot after Collin’s.
Devin eased back into the saddle, content to let them lead the way back to the house. They’d take her the easy way, letting her know what they were as gently as they could. In the end, it would be her decision to stay or to go. His gaze jumped skyward. He wasn’t much for praying, but he sent one skyward anyway.

“Little lady, I appreciate what you’re trying to do, but no self-respecting man is going to work for a woman.” The middle-aged man leaned against the pole and lit up a cigarette. “I’ll tell you what you should do. You should talk to Stacy and see if she has any jobs. Maybe you could shampoo the ladies’ hair or sweep the floor.” He jerked his thumb toward Stacy Flagg, owner and head stylist of Stacy’s Hair Boutique and Gift Shop. “Or maybe you could work the register.”
Arizona bit back a retort and, instead, adopted a serious expression. She’d let the misogynistic fool believe she was giving his suggestion consideration. “Howard, that would be a great idea if I wanted to do that kind of work.”
“You mean women’s work?” added Howard’s friend Miles.
She’d heard someone else call them by name and had walked right up to them, introduced herself, and then had approached them to work for her. It was tough enough finding a man who wasn’t a rancher, but finding one who wanted to work construction alongside a woman was proving to be even harder.
The men wore the usual outfit of jeans and either a T-shirt or a long-sleeve shirt rolled up to the elbows, along with a shiny belt buckle and worn cowboy boots. Instead of cowboy hats, however, they wore baseball caps. Wearing caps instead of hats was a trend she didn’t much like. After all, if a man was a cowboy, why not wear a damn cowboy hat?
“I mean work in a salon in any way. I wouldn’t know what to do with a brush and a curling iron. I told you. I’ve worked in construction for several years alongside my father. Trust me on this, guys. I know how to handle power tools.”
Oh, how she wanted to use a few power tools on them. How about a drill right through the eye? Or maybe a saw against their balls? Not that she’d ever do anyone harm. Besides, they’d only chalk up her actions to her being a hysterical female. Or, worse, that she was having “her time of the month.”
They didn’t bother hiding their mirth. Neither one of them believed she knew what she was doing.
Miles chuckled and then shook his head, trying unsuccessfully to stop laughing at her. Not that he really tried that hard to stop. “Look, miss, we’re sure you did a bang-up job while lending a hand to your father, but you as the boss of a construction crew? Nah. It just ain’t happening. Still, it was nice meeting you.”
Why was she bothering to try to change their minds? They were as backward as any men she’d ever met. She’d known she’d run into their type—after all, she’d run into them in the past—but she’d hoped she’d find a few enlightened men in Fate. All she needed was three or four men to get started. Once they began getting jobs and showing the others that she meant business, other men—or women—would want to hire on.
“Fine. But pass the word, if you can.”
“Sure thing.” Miles nodded, barely holding back another laugh. “We’ll be sure to tell everyone we know. Not that it’ll do you any good.”
“But it’ll give the boys a good laugh,” added Howard.
Fuck you.
Yet instead of saying what she thought out loud, she smiled and put her back to them before she lost control.
What was it about men? Why couldn’t they see that women could do anything they could do? Hell, sometimes women could do what they could do even better. Besides getting less pay for doing the same job, women weren’t getting the respect they deserved. If she had any say about it, she’d do her best to change a few minds.
“Damn it, Steve, you said you could fix this blasted thing.”
Her attention pivoted toward a man and a woman on other side of the street. The woman held a small table with one leg sticking out at an angle. The other man, obviously Steve, stood with his arms crossed and a scowl darkening his features.
“I
told you, Lenore. I’m not a carpenter.”
“But you said you could fix it.” Lenore shook the table at him as though that would make Steve try again.
“I told you I’d try to fix it.”
“Well, you sure as hell didn’t.” Lenore lowered the table to the sidewalk. “What am I supposed to do? Throw it out? I don’t want to do that. This table was my mother’s.”
She made a beeline for them. “I can fix it.”
Steve and Lenore gave her the same kind of look Howard and Miles had given her. Lenore, however, was at least ready to talk. “So you can fix it?”
“If you have a hammer and the right kind of nails, I sure can. Or I can take it with me, fix it tonight, and then bring it back tomorrow.” She stuck out her hand and put on her friendliest smile. “I’m Arizona Rich, and I’m starting a new construction company.”
Lenore glanced at her small table. “This isn’t really a job for a construction company. I mean it’s only a table.”
“That’s okay.” Arizona took the table and inspected it. “No job is too small.”
“You’re that lady who’s running around town trying to hire men to work for her, aren’t you?” asked Steve, although by looking at him, she thought he already knew the answer.
“I sure am. Do you know anyone who’d like to work in construction?”
Lenore and Steve exchanged a look, and then Lenore glanced away. Arizona could see Steve’s answer on his face. Here we go again.
“I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but you’re not going to find men who want to work with a woman, much less for a woman.”
“I’m afraid he’s right,” added Lenore.
Arizona held back a groan. “I’m hoping you’re wrong. In the meantime, how about I fix your table?”
“Really? Would you? It’s hard enough to find anyone around here to do these kinds of little jobs. Most of the men are busy on their ranches.”
“Then this is the perfect town for me to start my business.” She studied the table again. It would take her only a few minutes to make the leg sturdy again.
